The people behind the murder of Jassi were proved to be her uncle and her mother. It is time to bring them to justice with or without the help of RCMP

It made me very sad to hear about what Jassi and her husband went through and the end result. I hope the monsters who did this to them get what they deserve.

I am saddened and angry after watching the story of Jassi’s murder on TV. I am sad that such a lovely woman and devoted wife was so brutally murdered, orchestrated by her own family. The very people who we in civilized society expect and trust to love and protect the children we have brought in to the world. Instead, they chose to break the law and have her young life ended, destroying a beautiful life and sacred union with a loving and devoted husband. I am angry that our neighbors to the north, who are respected allies of the United States and viewed as being every bit a modern civilized society, has allowed the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to disgrace itself and the country of Canada, by allowing nearly 10 years to pass with no resolution of the murder of Jassi Sidhu. If the country of India has done all the work of collecting evidence, acquiring confessions of the thugs who committed the contract killing, convicting and jailing them, and upholding the life sentences given to them, why can’t Canada do the right thing and bring the case against the family members who arranged the murder to a courtroom, where justice can have a chance to prevail. I have a lower opinion of the backward traditions of the Indian people, and a higher appreciation for the Indian police and law enforcement, who did their job and locked up the murderers for life. I also have a lower opinion of the RCMP, for their lack of decency in fulfilling their obligation to protect and defend the rights of Jassi, a Canadian citizen, buy prosecuting the family members who planned and paid for her vicious murder.

It is incomprehensible that Jassi's mother and uncle have not had charges filed against them for her murder.

It's a sad day when people don't get the justice that they so very much deserve. My prayers and good wishes go out to Jassi's husband.

I respect the right of anyone to practice their religion, in whatever ways, just as long as they do not disrespect the basic rights of others and most of all the right for one to live without fear of harm from those religious persons. Those who murder should be brought to justice no matter how long it takes.

No body deserves this! She found love if that didn't suit her parents then that's their fault not hers! And even so they could have yelled at her, disowned her, any number of things. Resulting to exicuting your own flesh and blood is insane!

it is a case of utter shame and disgrace that at an age where science and technology has taken modernism to its best,a couple had to suffer such extreme consequences just because of their love towards each other.i sincerely hope and pray that all the accused get the most severe punishment, that mitoo singh sidhu be realeased from jail at the earliest.MAY JASSI'S SOUL REST IN PEACE.
