I knew about how she got murdered, but then I watched the fifth estate which elaborated on it. I got more interested and I googled her name and I found this petition. Being from an Indian family, I know how this all worked, even though I am young. I firmly believe that Jassis mother and uncle got her murdered by men in India, solely on the basis that she married a man that was not the same caste as her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. I am sure justice will be served.

I want to help because I could not imagine this happening to my love. I don't understand why these people cannot let their children love who ever they want. If there is an Allah, or God of some sort, I hope these people perish in hell for eternity. I don't even know them and I hate them, which is rare for me. Anyway, sorry for the rant but here's the help I can do. I will stay up to date on the story and progress made to rid of 'honor killings'.

This country is full of immigrants of different cultures and whilst cultural differences should be respected, they should only be the ones that fall within the laws of the emigrant country.
